I am a Recruitment Manager and Talent Acquisition specialist with over 10 years' experience helping healthcare, social care and housing organisations attract, hire and retain great people.

Alongside my recruitment career, I volunteered for six years as RNLI Lifeboat Crew and Casualty Carer at Weymouth Lifeboat Station, responding to emergency search and rescue incidents and providing casualty care in high-pressure environments. This experience strengthened my leadership, resilience, teamwork and decision-making skills.
