Adam leads Care First, the family business built over decades of recruitment. He has worked in the healthcare sector for over 15 years and carries forward the values he learned working alongside his father: keep your word, look after people and play the long game. Outside work, he's a devoted AFC Bournemouth season ticket holder, Formula 1 fan and spends his free time with his wife, kids and dog, Clark.
